Glass Washers
De Gorter, Inc offers you several options concerning
your glass washing requirements.
The basic differences are concerning glass orientation during the
washing process. We offer both vertical and horizontal glass washers.
The basic difference is relating to floor space. Vertical washers
require far less floor space than horizontal washers. However, they tend
to be limited concerning glass thickness range and glass size.
Our standard line is made by EMAR, which is located in Italy. Emar has
over 20 years experience in manufacturing basic washers, in both
vertical and horizontal configurations. They are designed for small to
medium size shops, looking for a good washer for their basic washing
needs. All Emar washers use stainless steel components, and have heated
wash water. Some models are available with heated forced air blowers for
faster drying. All washers have self-contained water tanks and can be
fitted to use a constant spray rinse, or deionized rinse water. Emar
even makes a small, portable washer which can be set up at the end of a
beveling or edging machine, without having to cut any of the existing
exit rack.
